Rock River Valley Blood Center is looking for a Community Resource Scheduling Coordinator. This position's primary responsibility is to create, manage and distribute our Collection Staff and Registars' work schedules. The scheduler will be responsible for maintaining mobile blood drive calendars and adjusting work schedules to meet the mobile blood drive and fixed site needs. Incumbent will handle call-offs and re-direct scheduled staff to accommodate, as necessary. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 6:00a.m.-2:00p.m and may require to be available an hour prior to start time to handle call offs.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in scheduling, logistics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC Skills
• Strong team building skills
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
