RRVBC is looking for a Controller to work in a hands-on capacity managing all financial aspects of the organization including accounting operations, billing, regulatory and financial reporting, financial and payroll audits, annual budget preparation and ensuring development and compliance with internal control policies and procedures. Position will prepare, analyze and report on monthly financials, handle accounts payable, receivable, purchasing, invoicing,  and monitor cash flow. Position will be a subject matter expert in handling payroll, processing, utilization of HRIS/payroll software systems and IRS reporting including 990, 401k, 5500 and tax filings. Position will handle complex technical accounting and tax matters as well as ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory reporting requirements. This position is key to providing financial expertise and analysis on various business operations.

Successful candidates will possess strong financial business acumen, work with accuracy and precision, complete projects and assignments in a timely manner and take a business friendly approach. Advanced accounting, financial analysis, attention to detail and critical thinking skills along with PC proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Crystal Reports and HRIS/payroll software systems, i.e., ABRA required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 plus years progressive experience in financial management and accounting experience required. CPA, CMA or advanced education a plus.
