Human Resources Specialist - Administrative
This position reports to the HR Director and is responsible for administrative, operational and regulatory compliance duties. This includes employee benefits administration, enrollments, terms and qualifying events, FMLA administration, workers compensation claims processing, handling the performance appraisal process, filing and regulatory record keeping maintenance, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, EEO-1, Turnover, Accident/Injury and HR metrics reporting. Position will provide ongoing HR administrative support to employees and management as well as handle projects assigned by HR Director.
Incumbent will be a subject matter expert and operate within various HR and PC software systems, including ADP, AAIM (applicant tracking), T21 (document control system) and Microsoft Office. Incumbent will provide quality HR service and experiences to employees throughout their journey, i.e., participating in the employee onboarding process, providing ongoing support and assistance and acting as a key contact for routine HR needs and employee benefit matters.
